Vyne Claims Patent Infringement by Padagis’ Proposed Generic of Amzeeq

Vyne Therapeutics Inc. has accused Padagis LLC of infringing on 12 of their patents with a proposed generic of their foam acne vulgaris treatment Amzeeq. With a complaint filed at the US District Court for the District of Delaware, the plaintiff seeks to have the copies blocked until the patents expire.
