Diesel Technologies Sues Volvo Group over Exhaust System

Volvo Group North America LLC was hit with a patent infringement lawsuit by Diesel Technologies LLC in an Illinois Federal Court. The lawsuit is related to a part of the exhaust system involving diesel particulate filters of the internal combustion engine.
