Roche Will Not Oppose EUA for Tocilizumab

Roche Holding AG has expressed that it will not litigate against companies like Hetero Drugs that use patent rights for the production of Tocilizumab following its Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) in India. The company asserted that the buyers in low and middle-income countries will get more access to the drug for the treatment of COVID-19, which is why they are not opposing the EUA.
