Manthorpe Building Products Ltd. has filed a lawsuit against Alumasc Building Products Ltd. over a sealing device patent. Manthorpe designs, manufactures, and supplies products used in the building sector. These products comprise the face-fix radiator pipe guide and seal. Vortex Acquires CMS Assets and IP from OSSCAD

Vortex Companies LLC has acquired OSSCAD GmbH & Co. KG’s IP and assets of its Curing Monitoring System (CMS) or the proprietary cured-in-place-pipe (CIPP) sensor technology. Vortex has also announced the launch of a company Vortex Technology Group LLC to support the acquisition.
