CAFC Revives Patent Suit between USF Affiliate’s and Fujifilm

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the federal circuit (CAFC) annulled a ruling by a judge at the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut in an ongoing legal fight between the University of South Florida and Fujifilm Medical Systems of Fujifilm Holdings Corporation.
