The Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) ruled in favour of Target Corp. in store app patent fight with Proxicom Wireless LLC. The board invalidated 4 patents of Proxicom as they would have been obvious. Proxicom has alleged various features on Target app, including in-store shopping services infringe a total of 9 patents.
