CAFC Agreed to End Juniper’s Plea of Gilstrap Transfer Denial

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (CAFC) has affirmed to end Juniper Networks, Inc. plea of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas judge’s ruling for keeping the patent dispute with Longhorn HD, LLC in Texas. Both parties have decided to end the litigation. CAFC approved the withdrawal of appeal.
