Court Rejects Nevro’s Plea to Delay Trial with Boston Scientific IP

Nevro Corp. and Boston Scientific Corp. will confront each other related to claims that Nevro infringed spinal cord therapy patents. A judge at the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware rejected Nevro’s plea to delay the trial against Boston claiming that it destroyed important evidence.
