Oki Data Urges SCOTUS to Deny Review of CAFC’s Indefiniteness Test

Oki Data Americas, Inc. has requested the Supreme Court of the U.S. (SCOTUS) to deny the appeal for the review of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (CAFC). Infinity Computer Products, Inc. appealed SCOTUS in a certiorari petition to review whether CAFC has developed a new standard on indefiniteness.
