Vestel Acquires Hostess and White Knight to Expand Global Presence

In order to enter the Europe and UK markets, Vestel has invested in two British home appliance companies of Crosslee Plc. As per the terms of the deal, Vestel will acquire all the assets including intellectual property of White Knight and Hostess from Crosslee.
