Philips not Allowed to Amend its Patent Lawsuit against Google

The U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts has asserted that Philips North America, LLC cannot amend its patent litigation against Google, LLC. The judge lashed out on Philips for not exercising reasonable diligence before trying to amend litigation and adding four new products of Fitbit, Inc. in the litigation.
