AT&T Agrees to Settle on Patent Suit with IPCom

The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas has put on hold the IPCom GmbH & Co. KG ‘s lawsuit against AT&T Inc. related to cellular technology. The pause allows the companies to arrive at a resolution. The trial was about to begin in a week when the temporary halt came.
