Court Makes it Easier to Get Lawsuits Out of West Texas

Litigants seeking trial venue shift from the US District Court for the Western District of Texas will have it easier now with the court doing away with restrictions related to venue and jurisdictions. The implementation of the changes comes after the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit questioned the West Texas judge on the restrictions.
