Eastern Texas District Court Halts All Trials

The US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas has put a halt on all trials running in the court in view of the rising cases of COVID-19 in the region. All the cases have been postponed until March 2021 due to the risk of the virus and the travel restrictions that a lot of trial parties were facing in view of the pandemic.
