Velodyne Lidar and Ford Otosan to Collaborate for Use of Velarray H800 Lidar Sensors

Velodyne Lidar Inc. and Ford Otomotiv Sanayi A.S. have announced collaboration for product development and testing of autonomous heavy commercial trucks using the former’s Velarray H800 lidar sensors. The sensors will be able to help in enhancing safe navigation and collision avoidance in the next generation trucks.
