Ericsson TCL Patent Licensing Suit Postponed by Court Citing Pandemic

Trial for a fair, reasonable and non-discriminatory (FRAND) licensing case brought by TCL Technology Group Corp. against Ericsson Inc. has been postponed by the US District Court for the Central District of California due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The renewed trial date will be decided in January 2021 and both parties have declined filing pre-trial disclosure due to the delay.
