Nevro Withdraws Patent Lawsuit against Boston Scientific

Nevro Corp. has agreed to dismiss a patent infringement case against Boston Scientific Corporation filed with the US District Court for the Northern District of California. Nevro had alleged patent infringement of patents relating to high frequency paresthesia-free SCS therapy and had sought preliminary and permanent injunction, damages and attorney’s fees in the case. The case was dismissed as Boston Scientific has no plans to launch the technology in the US.
