Lithium Werks Divests Valence to Lithion Power Group

Lithium Werks B.V. has announced the sale of its Valence module and BMS assets in a sales deal to Lithion Power Group Ltd. The divestiture is carried out in order for Lithium Werks to concentrate on their Nanophosphate material development and strengthening their Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) cathode patent portfolio.
