Quanta to Acquire 51% of Medolife Business

Quanta Inc. has entered into a securities exchange agreement with Medolife Rx, Inc. to acquire 51% of the business. The agreement will allow Quanta to control the expansion of Medolife’s Polarization Technology Platform to anti-viral, immunity boosting therapies.
