REC Patent Upheld by China Patent Office

A split cell and junction box technology patent belonging to the REC Group has been reviewed and upheld by the China Patent Office. The patent was challenged at the office by Hanwha Q Cells (Qidong) Co., Ltd., which followed a patent infringement lawsuit that REC had filed against Hanwha.
