Siemens vs. GE Case Venue Shifted

The patent infringement case brought by Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy A/S against General Electric Co. has been shifted from the US District Court for the Middle District of Florida to the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts. The lawsuit filed by Siemens accuses GE of infringing on two patents relating to improvements to wind turbine technology.
