Licensing Agreement Protects Infinera from Patent Infringement Lawsuit

The US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (CAFC) has affirmed a lower court verdict against Oyster Optics LLC which blocked them from filing a patent infringement lawsuit against Infinera Corp. Oyster cannot be allowed to file infringement allegations because of a licensing agreement that it signed previously.
