US ITC Begins Investigation Based on Patent Infringement Complaint by Wilson Electronics

The US International Trade Commission (ITC) will begin a probe into a complaint of patent infringement brought by Wilson Electronics LLC. The plaintiff alleges infringement of some of its patents. Based on the complaint, the ITC will begin multiple probes against Cellphone-Mate Inc. and Shenzhen SureCall Communication Technology Co., Ltd. The trade commission will check whether the companies’ import of certain devices infringes on US patents as asserted by the plaintiff.
