Judge Albright Vows to Follow New Standing Order

Judge Alan Albright of the US District Court for the Western District of Texas has vowed to follow a standing order by the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (CAFC) which asks him to work on transfer motions of parties before moving on to the other details of the case. The standing order by the CAFC comes after the judge was found neglecting several transfer motions leading to grievous delays in cases.
