Ericsson Accused of Infringing on Telecom Patents by KPN

Ericsson Inc. has been accused of patent infringement by KPN NV, with a lawsuit filed in the same regard at a District court in Texas. The lawsuit alleges infringement by Ericsson of five patents relating to wireless network functions. The plaintiff KPN seeks to get a monetary compensation for the alleged infringement.
