Axcess Global and Pruvit Ventures Accuse Rival of Patent Infringement

A patent infringement lawsuit has been filed with the US District Court for the District of Utah by Axcess Global Sciences LLC and Pruvit Ventures Inc. The plaintiffs have accused New U Life Disc Inc. and New U Life Corp. of infringing on their patents. One of the patents in suit is for weight loss medication. The complaint asserts that the defendants tried to get a free license to the patents through extortion and other tactics.
