PTAB Accepts Patent Challenge by Dell and VMware

The Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) has decided to review a networking technology patent belonging to Proven Networks LLC on challenge by Dell Technologies Inc. and its unit VMware Inc. The challengers assert that the patent in question is invalid due to obviousness based on prior art.
