Meso Scale Responds to Roche’s Appeal against $171 Million Patent Infringement Verdict

Meso Scale Diagnostics LLC asserted that Roche Diagnostics Corp. has misunderstood ‘the nature of license rights’, in response to an appeal by the Roche unit. Roche Diagnostics had appealed against a damages verdict of $171 million that was ordered after it was found infringing on three of Meso’s patents.
