Patent Infringement Complaint Filed against HPE at the WDTX Court

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co. is facing patent infringement allegations at the US District Court for the Western District of Texas brought by Intellectual Ventures II LLC (IV). The plaintiff has claimed infringement of four of its patents relating to computer virtualization and storage. IV has urged the court to give a declaratory judgement in its favour, a damages award, pre- and post-judgement interest, attorneys’ fees and other relief.
