Venus Remedies Gets Intravenous Paracetamol Patent Nixed

Venus Remedies Limited has attained a major win in a patent dispute against SCR Pharmatop as the Indian Patent Office (IPO) invalidated a patent belonging to the latter. In a long running dispute, Venus was successful in getting SCR’s patent for intravenous paracetamol invalidated for lacking any inventive step, as per the findings of the IPO in its latest ruling.
