ITC to Investigate Patent Infringement Complaint by Advanced Silicon

The US International Trade Commission (ITC) is set to begin investigation in a patent infringement complaint filed by Advanced Silicon Group Technologies. The plaintiff asserts that defendants Canadian Solar Inc., Hanwha Q Cells Co., Ltd. and Boviet Solar infringe on its patents relating to photovoltaic cells with nanostructures and nanowires.
