Trial Postponement Requested by Plaintiff

Two parties involved in a patent infringement trial have petitioned for a delay as the witness for the plaintiff has fallen ill with symptoms of COVID-19. The trial was scheduled for this week and involves Fluidigm Corp. and Ionpath Inc. who were to face each other in a showdown procedure at the US District Court for the Northern District of California.
