Adobe Patent Infringement Lawsuit to Remain in California Court, Full Federal Circuit Rules

A patent infringement lawsuit will continue at the US District Court for the Northern District of California as per the ruling of a three-judge panel of the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, which was affirmed by a Full Federal Circuit. The panel ruling had stated that the convenience of the location of the California court needs to be considered over the speed of trial at the US District Court for the Western District of Texas which was a preferred location for the appellant.
