Arteris IP Signs Agreement to Acquire Magillem Assets

Arteris Inc. has announced the acquisition of Magillem Design Services’ assets. Arteris will develop and offer the range of Magillem’s products along with its own existing range of product. The financial terms of the agreement are not known.
