Baker Hughes All Set to Acquire 3C

Baker Hughes Company has announced that it will be acquiring Compact Carbon Capture (3C) for the advancement of industrial decarbonization. As part of the agreement, Baker Hughes will be taking over all the assets of 3C including their intellectual property.
