BlackBerry Admits to Actively Pursuing Sale of a Portion of Patent Portfolio

BlackBerry Limited has finally admitted to actively pursuing a sale of some of its patent portfolio. The Canadian company expects to get paid in cash upfront, when the deal goes through. This is the first time BlackBerry acknowledged the sale of its patent portfolio.
