Boston Scientific Resolves Patent Row Over Hemostasis Clips

Boston Scientific Corporation has announced the resolution of its patent infringement lawsuit against Micro-Tech Endoscopy USA, Inc. Boston Scientific affirmed to grant a five-year royalty-bearing license to Micro-Tech for the hemostasis clip technology patent used in endoscopy procedures. Micro-Tech is ready to end its patent validity challenges. The settlement will resolve all the lawsuits across the globe between Boston Scientific and Micro-Tech.
