BTG Specialty to be Sold to SERB in a $800 Million Deal

Boston Scientific Corporation is all set to sell BTG Specialty Pharmaceuticals to SERB Specialty Pharmaceuticals for a cash payment of $800 million. The agreement will provide SERB with the management rights to five facilities of BTG along with the manpower.
