CAFC Disagrees with PTAB Patent Review Ruling

The Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (CAFC) sided with Donner Technology LLC by disagreeing with a patent validity ruling by the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) favouring Pro Stage Gear LLC. The PTAB had ruled that the prior art reference pointed out by Donner Technology did not have similarity with the patent in question which relates to a guitar pedal.
