CAFC Tosses out Judge Albright’s Decision of Barring an Expert’s Testimony

The US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (CAFC) tossed out District Judge Albright’s ruling to exclude part of a technical expert’s testimony in a patent infringement lawsuit. The court found that the judge had not explained the reason as to why he forbade patent holder Finalrod IP LLC expert’s testimony.
