Daimler Nokia Patent Tussle Reaches EU Court of Justice

Daimler AG sees a silver lining as the Higher Regional Court of Dusseldorf has decided to send the patent dispute that it is fighting against Nokia Oyj to the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU). The case has been escalated to receive guidance from the CJEU on how technology that is part of a mobile standard can be licensed.
