Data Sharing between PTAB and Patent Examiners Encouraged

As per a new report released by the advisory committee for the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), examiners of the patent office and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) have been urged to share their data with each other. With increased data sharing, each unpatentable invention can be taken as a lesson for the agency.
