Dexcom Defends Patents Challenged by Abbott

Dexcom Inc. has defended four of its glucose monitoring system patents at the UK High Court against a validity challenge brought by Abbott Laboratories Ltd. The patent owner has also stated that Abbott infringes on the patents and is seeking an injunction order against further infringement.
