Dispute Over Connector Fitment Patent Resolved by Involved Parties

A patent infringement lawsuit filed with the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois by Liqui-Box Corporation against Scholle IPN Corporation has been resolved by both parties amicably, without adjudication. As per the settlement, Scholle is free to use its disputed VERSI connector fitment for marketing, distribution and sale without any territorial constraints.
