EDTX Judge Exclaims No Transfer of Netflix Suit to California

Netflix Inc. had approached the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas to dismiss or transfer its ongoing patent lawsuit against B2B software company CA Inc. to California. Texas Judge Rodney Gilstrap has denied Netflix’s request to dissolve or move the lawsuit to California stating that the arguments by Netflix were not convincing.
