FB, Instagram & WhatsApp Accused of Patent Infringement

EyesMatch Ltd. and Memomi Labs Inc. have accused Facebook Inc., Instagram LLC, and WhatsApp Inc. of infringing on patents relating to digital mirror application. The plaintiffs seek declaratory judgement, damages award, pre- and post-judgement interest, costs and fees and a permanent injunction on infringing products along with other relief.
