Germany Set to Amend Patent Law

It has been announced that the Federal Cabinet of Germany (Bundeskabinett) has adopted draft Patent Law amendments. The move aims at achieving better protection for patent owners in cases of litigations. The proposed amendments include improved disclosure protections, injunctive relief restrictions, among others.
