Gilead Defends Patent Non-Infringement Lawsuit against NuCana

In an attempt to defend its own patent non-infringement lawsuit, Gilead Sciences Inc. has asserted that the NuCana PLC patent in suit is invalid. Gilead claimed that the creation is not innovative enough, which is why their own product does not infringe on any legitimate patent.
