Google Seeks Stay on Patent Infringement Lawsuit

Google LLC has urged the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts to put a stay on a patent infringement case brought against it by Singular Computing LLC. The reason for the petitioned pause cited by Google has presented is that there is a patent review petition pending with the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) for the claims in the three patents in suit.
