IPO Advises USPTO On Candidates’ Qualifications to Consider for the Patent Bar Examination

The Intellectual Property Owners Association (IPO) has advised the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) that while it is right in expanding the scope of degrees that qualify individuals for the Patent Bar Examination, it is not enough. The IPO stated that it may help for USPTO to add more degrees and relax requirements to qualify individuals to join the patent bar.
